Join our energising Aqua Aerobics classes, designed to suit all fitness levels in a fun, supportive environment.
Taught by Robyn, a qualified Aqua Aerobics instructor with over 13 years of experience, these classes are a fantastic way to get moving to music in a low-impact, water-based workout.

Duration: 45 minutes per class
Cost: £7.50 per person
